丹麥戰隊Astralis已經宣佈他們與前North AWPer JUGi完成簽約並使Astralis擴展至6人名單。
這名23歲AWPer自從上個月合約期滿離開North後變成自由身選手，現在他將會免費加入Astralis並將陣容名單擴展至6名成員，一旦es3tag於7月1日加入後陣容將會變成7人名單。
根據教練zonic的說法，JUGi已經參加了Astralis的隊中訓練並進行練習賽，JUGi將會按照Astralis隊中的計劃進行適應，而他對Astralis體系並不陌生。

JUGi將會努力重返他效力OpTic及Heroic的狀態，當時JUGi於今年1月被North放入後備名單，而JUGi希望重新刷出火花證明前隊友的決定是錯誤的。
“It feels like coming home,” JUGi told Astralis’ website. “To be honest, I was really nervous, but the second I stepped into the office, everything felt just right. The group has grown a lot, but I know most of the guys around the team, I know the culture and I know what is expected of me – on and off the server. I’ve had some great times here and being able to wear the jersey with the red star on the chest is just… It’s a pressure, it’s humbling and it’s motivating as nothing else!

Also, I will play with a group of incredibly skilled players on a team where the combined performance is always in focus, which is something I’ve missed at times.”

Astralis總監Kasper Hvidt承認，這個變動起初可能會導致“波動的戰績”，但他強調最終目標是建立是現在以及未來很多年內變得更加強大的Astralis。他還補充說，Astralis希望有兩個可以擔當團隊每個角色的選手。
JUGi可以在DreamHack Masters Spring 2020 歐洲賽區中首次為Astralis出場，而這將在短短一周內開始。本月下旬，Astralis也將參加BLAST Premier春季歐洲對決爭奪4個晉級總決賽的名額。
